Second Street, Tampico, IL 61283<\/strong> for the purpose of discussing the proposed water system improvements which include the construction of a<br \/>\nnew water treatment plant, lead and galvanized requiring replacement water service line replacements, and water main replacements in the Village.<\/p>\n<p>The Project Summary and Preliminary Environmental Impacts Determination, developed by the Illinois<br \/>\nEnvironmental Protection Agency, and the Project Plan report, developed by the Village of Tampico,<br \/>\nwill also be discussed and are on file at the Village Hall for public inspection.<\/p>\n<p>Public comments and participation are encouraged, and anyone interested in this project is invited to<br \/>\nattend. Comments will be received for a period of 10 days after the public hearing and may be made<br \/>\norally at the public hearing or in writing to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mr. Bruce Peltier, Mayor, Village of Tampico, P.O.
